This Is Probably The Most Unexpected Video You'll Watch Today (Just Keep Watching)

Life Foundation of Western Australia is a non-profit organization promoting the importance of education for people of all ages ( http://www.learnforlifewa.org.au/ ). A brand new video commercial by Henry Inglis and Aaron McCann shows just what might happen if you take leave in school days. Yes, what you just watched was a legitimate school-made video for the purpose of trying to encourage kids to stay in school and supported by Learn for Life.  Teenage kids sneak out of their houses and drive to the beach to play hooky from school. And since you know this video is a PSA, you think you have an idea where this is heading. But you're wrong.

With a rather literal approach to scaring kids into staying in school, this ad from Australian duo Henry & Aaron goes where possibly no after-school special has gone before — and we're not going to ruin your first impression by telling you what happens before you see it.

What Happen If Men and Women Switched Roles in GYM

A humorous video showing gender stereotypes at the gym.  I can simply walk in, do my thing and leave. But I never thought about what things (as a woman) I might do to annoy my fellow gym mates (ie. lots of chatting with friends, taking a phone call or two, and dancing on the treadmill……yes that happened). I couldn’t help but laugh at this video my husband found speculating what the gym scene would be like if men and women were to switch roles. It's a well-intentioned parody of the extremes of gym culture stereotypes, well, heck, there’s enough material here to make any gym-goer crack a smile.

APJ Abdul Kalam:"A Leader Should Know How to Manage Failure"

IndiaKnowledge@ Wharton : Could you give an example, from your own experience, of how leaders should manage failure?

Kalam: Let me tell you about my experience. In 1973 I became the project director of India's satellite launch vehicle program, commonly called the SLV-3. Our goal was to put India's "Rohini" satellite into orbit by 1980. I was given funds and human resources -- but was told clearly that by 1980 we had to launch the satellite into space. Thousands of people worked together in scientific and technical teams towards that goal.

By 1979 -- I think the month was August -- we thought we were ready. As the project director, I went to the control center for the launch. At four minutes before the satellite launch, the computer began to go through the checklist of items that needed to be checked. One minute later, the computer program put the launch on hold; the display showed that some control components were not in order. My experts -- I had four or five of them with me -- told me not to worry; they had done their calculations and there was enough reserve fuel. So I bypassed the computer, switched to manual mode, and launched the rocket. In the first stage, everything worked fine. In the second stage, a problem developed. Instead of the satellite going into orbit, the whole rocket system plunged into the Bay of Bengal. It was a big failure.

That day, the chairman of the Indian Space Research Organization, Prof. Satish Dhawan, had called a press conference. The launch was at 7:00 am, and the press conference -- where journalists from around the world were present -- was at 7:45 am at ISRO's satellite launch range in Sriharikota [in Andhra Pradesh in southern India]. Prof. Dhawan, the leader of the organization, conducted the press conference himself. He took responsibility for the failure -- he said that the team had worked very hard, but that it needed more technological support. He assured the media that in another year, the team would definitely succeed. Now, I was the project director, and it was my failure, but instead, he took responsibility for the failure as chairman of the organization.

The next year, in July 1980, we tried again to launch the satellite -- and this time we succeeded. The whole nation was jubilant. Again, there was a press conference. Prof. Dhawan called me aside and told me, "You conduct the press conference today."

I learned a very important lesson that day. When failure occurred, the leader of the organization owned that failure. When success came, he gave it to his team. The best management lesson I have learned did not come to me from reading a book; it came from that experience.

Magical Water Transfer Printing!! Its So Cool

Painting Helmets, Guns And Car Parts With Water Transfer Printing Is Very Satisfying To Watch!

Everything I own, everything I will buy, every fiber of my body, everything in this world should be dipped into water paint. The hydrocoating process is popular in weapons and helmets but really deserves to be shmeared all over the world. We might have to come up with better designs but I never want to use a paint brush to paint again.

Water transfer printing is the application of an ink pattern onto a complex three dimensional object. This process works on most solid materials that can be momentarily immersed in water. Hydrographics or HydroGraphics, also known as immersion printing, water transfer printing, water transfer imaging, or cubic printing, is a method of applying printed designs to three-dimensional objects. The hydrographic process can be used on metal, plastic, glass, hard woods, and various other materials. Also known as "hydro dipping".

The advantage of water transfer printing is

1. Time Saving
2. Cost Effective & More

A Woman’s Fiance Gets Hit By A Drunk Driver. This Amazing Story Obliterated My Heart

I couldn't stop crying by the end. This is what true love looks like. Please share their amazing story and help their dreams come true.

This is the amazing story of my sister Kelcie and her fiancé Larry. Let's make their dreams come true and send them to Disneyland for their Wedding and Honeymoon!

Thank you so much for your help and support :) This Couple's Story Is Everything Good And True About Love

This is the Story about Kelcie and Larry share that kind of rare unbreakable love that we could all learn something from on Valentine’s Day -- and every other day for that matter.

In high school, he was the football and track star; she was the spunky fan who never missed a game. The pair knew early on that they would spend the rest of their lives together.

But, four years ago, a life-altering tragedy threatened to destroy their dreams. Their incredible story of resilience and commitment appropriately resurfaced on Reddit on Friday.

In March 2010, on the same night that Larry showed his future sister-in-law the engagement ring that he planned to give to Kelcie, he was hit by a drunk driver. Larry fell into a coma for months and doctors weren’t sure he would wake up, Kelcie’s sister, McKenzie Yeoman, said in a video
she made for the couple last August.

Larry eventually emerged from the coma but his prognosis was grim. He had suffered a traumatic brain injury and would need a wheelchair to get around.

But Kelcie remained by his side, and even started working at the facility where Larry was being treated. The two still remained committed to getting married.

Three years later, Larry reached the point where he was able to propose. While surrounded by friends and family, Larry gave Kelcie the ring he had originally set out to put on her finger.

However, because the two had been saddled with medical bills, they couldn’t afford a wedding. So, in August, Yeoman launched a fundraising campaign on Indiegogo for the couple to celebrate their big day at Disneyland. Within 11 days, their fundraising goal was reached -- in total, donors raised more than $27,000 for Kelcie and Larry. The couple plans on using any extra funds to help pay for additional rehabilitation for Larry.

"All I can say is WOW!" Kelcie wrote on the Indiegogo page after the goal had been reached. "I am so thankful for all the wonderful people in our life! And thankful for all the people we know and all the people we don't know who took the time to watch the video and contribute to our dream wedding! I can't believe that Larry and I will be celebrating the happiest day of our lives in the happiest place on earth!"

Happy Valentine’s Day, lovebirds.

I Am A Ukrainian, This Needs To Go Viral

This young woman has delivered a powerful message from protesters on the streets of the Ukraine. You may share this video to help spread the message.

I am not a Ukrainian. But, the creator of this video is and it should make us all feel like we are.  If our shows of support as Europeans and Americans are weaker than Russia’s desire for control, the political ramifications of that will be felt. This simple, but powerful message has not gone viral the way videos of cats and laughing babies do — and it probably won’t, unless we do our best to make sure as many people as possible see it pop up on their news feeds.

This woman is brave and her message is clear. I dare you not to be moved by it

Watch it. Share it. Send it to your representatives. It’s not your problem. True. But all of our collective voices might be part of the solution.

Artist Creates Over 1,000 Paintings Using Just His Tongue

Artist Creates Over 1,000 Paintings Using Just His Tongue

Ani K, from Kerala, India, makes paintings using his tongue. No, he doesn’t hold a paintbrush with his tongue. He actually slathers paint on it, which he then transfers on to canvas to create beautiful images.

Sounds rather gross, but the talent is certainly something to behold. Ani K, who works as a drawing teacher, says he was inspired by an artist who painted with his foot and wanted to do something like that.

He started off using his nose, but he realized that was done before and he wanted something unique. That’s when he zeroed in on his tongue. “I thought of giving my tongue a try and succeeded,” he says. “Many newspapers reported it. I got a good response. Then, I made it a regular practice.”

In the future his dna from his tongue will be a way to identify his paintings if they get lost or something. AN Indian artist is giving fans a taste of his work - by painting with his tongue instead of a brush. Ani K, from Kerela, has produced over 1,000 artworks - including an eight-foot rendering of Leonardo da Vinci's The Last Supper. Ani applies paint to his palette, mixes it by licking the various shades and then scoops it up ready to be applied to the canvas. He achieves various strokes by tilting and twisting his head - helping him create intricate portraits and elaborate modernist artworks. Each painting takes between three and four days to create.

This Powerful Video Will Make You Ask Yourself "What Makes Your Heart Beat?"

A 90 second film about the things that make our Heart beat. This beautiful poem and visual accompaniment celebrates what makes life worth living. Written and directed by Nathan T. Presley for Darling Magazine, this project praises the beauty of the natural world, the infinite potential within humanity, and the sense of wonderment we feel from the sublime.

It’s really refreshing to see this type of message; notice there is no mention of gadgets, zero allusions to consumer culture and not one inkling of the rat race. Life can be simple and, in its simplicity, profound.

If I could only choose three ...

what would they be ?

1. I choose nature for its for its wonder, its summer skies and spring thunder, that feeling when the wind blows my hair, how the waves are strong, but some how peaceful, how each creature has a purpose, from the giants of the sea to the tiny beetle

2. I choose people, for the way that they can love, learn and grow for the moments they create, and the strength they can show for the will to do good, for the will to believe, the ability to move on and the ability to grieve, to comfort, to hold, to say I love you when I'm young and still mean it when I'm old

3. I choose something bigger, something I can't describe, something that found me in darkness and brought me into light.

I choose something I can't prove, but something I can't deny. A quiet whisper, a peaceful mystery, an open eye. something thats holds it all, but chooses not to control, something that breaks me down, something that makes me whole My heart is split between many and yet some how complete

What makes one love ?

What makes your heart beat ?
